What is a secret?
But a fine line
Between you
And me, too!

What is a question?
But a quest
For truth, lest
We forget what divides minds and signs.

The answer
Splits and heals,
The mutuality of our deal
For good spirit and joy.

Here you are,
Seeking reasons,
To be or not to be for seasons
Or legions of regret. Don’t!

WHICH WOLF I FEED IS
SELF RESPECT AND ME

S Self respect begins with personal
E Energy and synergy.
L Layer it with our own sense
F For the laws of freedom and responsibility.

R Respect reflects our journey and,
E Every breath we take. It is as
S Simple as looking in the mirror where the
P The plain view is,
E Every day. Respect started with self and
C Continues with accepting character building
T Today. This is where real life emerges.

A Aliened your soul and
N Never let go of
D Deeds well done.

M My view of me is an
E Everlasting journey of God’s work,

Well done or not.

DREAMS ARE REAL

For all we know
This is a dream,
Where my heart beams,
To your smile.

So love me today,
For tomorrow may never come,
For all we know.
For all the while I glow at
Sheens of your delight.

For all we know,
This moon beam
Was a trick to make me,
Feel delight and no more fright.
But I have a choice; to make it real.

What I do know is dreams
May be real when,
You are asleep. Then
This is true. You are always on my mind.
Let me keep you satisfied with my heart-swell.

What I do know is; that’s life.
But dreams can be made
Of these memories. When the
Day was done, you opened your eyes.

Smile so I can see the twinkles of
Your heart. Dream and it will
Be true for you and me. It can
Be the dream you drew.

SLIPPERY SLOPE: FEAR COVERED WITH PLEASURE

S Slipping down an unsure incline between you and me
L Lays a bottom with an unworthy end.
I Instead of hope and
P Passionate truth, you find a
P Posterior filled with unsettling doubts.
E Envy and greed have no
R Reservations for the
Y Yearning and zest for truth and good freedom.

S Say you won’t go there. Send deceit packing.
L Lack and limitation is the recipe for cowards, receipt deserved.
O On the other hand, you could stand up and
P Proclaim,” I am good,” with God and me,
E Every day, and stay.

So this is my story, not my glory.
It is character and good choices
That lead to joy and happiness.

Part of the Whole

The breeze is part of the air
The particle of dirt is part of the Earth
The wave is part of the ocean
The flame is part of the fire
Each one of us flares up
In all our passionate beauty
When it is our turn to shine.
Then we gratefully retreat
Back into the arms of the Whole-
The All That Is
Who forever holds us dear.
Amen.

Forgiveness As God Lives It

Forgiveness as God lives it,
Is unconditional love.
It rested within, as I claimed it.
I started pealing away the layers
Of resentment and anger that supported me.

I thought I was stronger, such clutter,
But the longer I held the anger,
The weaker I became. The elusive freedom of love
Was always there, just hiding, waiting for discovery.

Finding love allows the healing
And joy of forgiveness to penetrate
My heart and soul
Where it lives in peace-be-still.

The forgiveness I find feeds the peace
Around us and draws us together
In this new place in your space.
“Where ever I am, you are;”
Where ever you are is peace
And love.

Forgiveness is a gift you give yourself,
And with God and you on my side
All things are possible.

Fills you with the wonder of
A presence of mind
Reserved only for you.

Your peace within
Is there simply by
Your request alone.
Ask for, go there and it will be,
In the peaceful place
Of your request.

Be there and the answers
Will be given to you
By God, himself.
The greatness of His word is waiting
In your meditation.
