Before attending Unity of Charlotte in 2013, Lawrence was affiliated with Science of Mind. He completed the requirements to become a certified SOM practitioner and served on its national board of directors for approximately 3 years. While at Unity of Charlotte, Lawrence has contributed to its music program and served on the Board for several years, one term as President of the Board of Trustees. While President he assisted in the relocation from Arrowood and was directly involved in the recruitment of our current ministerial staff.
